How client onboarding works
When someone subscribes, they are onboarded in minutes, with no work from the agency. Here is the whole experience.
The flow
They pay the checkout, get a branded welcome email, click once to log in, complete a short three-step setup, and they are live. The only thing they ever fill out is that setup.
Step one — About
A few essentials about the business. This is the only required part, and it is what lets us start working immediately: business name, website, industry, area served, a couple of sentences on what they do, and the language to publish in.

Step two — Brand
Optional, but the more they add, the more everything sounds and looks like them. A few words on their voice, a moodboard (just paste links or image URLs), and a brand color. All editable later from the dashboard.

Step three — Launch
One choice: should new content publish automatically, or wait for their review. Connecting social, Search Console, and ads is optional and can happen anytime from the dashboard.

Then it runs on its own
They click Launch and land in their dashboard, fully set up. From this point on the platform runs on its own. If they return to the login link later, it takes them straight to the dashboard, not back through setup.
