SMS, email, web chat, and connected social DMs all land in the same conversation. You see the whole back-and-forth in order, with the contact’s details a click away — no switching apps to piece a history together.

Replying

Open a conversation, choose the channel at the bottom (text, email, and so on), and send. Your reply is logged on the contact automatically, so the next person — or your automations — picks up exactly where things left off.
