The hundred thousand dollar AI mistake most founders make.

It is not picking the wrong model. It is picking before knowing what they are trying to do.

Most founders buy AI the way they buy a CRM. They ask which platform their friends use and they buy that one. Six months later the platform is not used and the team is back to spreadsheets.

The mistake is the order. The right order is to pick the most repeated, most boring task in the business. Then pick the platform that does that task well. Then expand from there.

A platform that does one thing very well and lets you extend is worth more than a platform that does ten things badly and locks you in.
